Project 1: Structural design and analysis of a bungalow

The project is divided into a group component and individual component. In the group component, we are to design a two-storey bungalow that meet the following requirements:

1. A master bedroom (attached with bathroom)

2. Min 5 bedrooms

3. 4 bathrooms

4. Dry kitchen and wet kitchen

5. 2 living halls

6. Dining area

7. Storeroom

Once the floor plans are finalised, each member is required to select a minimum of 4 beams and 2 columns to carry out a structural analysis on each structural component. Both components are then compiled into an A4 report as shown below.
